    An Evening of Inquiry

    A new “inquiry” session for all adults wishing to explore the Catholic Faith begins Monday,
    May 24th at 7:00pm in the Parish Hall. Anyone wishing to become Catholic, through
    Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist are also welcome. Persons baptized in another faith
    tradition and wanting new information are most welcome. It will be an “Evening of Inquiry”
    and we, the Catholic Community of Cathedral Chapel join you in this search, and look forward
    to meeting you.

          2010 PRIESTS RETIREMENT FUND: The Year for Priests
          “We Are One”
          As announced last week, collections & pledges will be taken up this weekend for the 2010 Priests
          Retirement Fund. “Thank you for your contribution to the Retirement Fund for Archdiocesan  
          Priests. Your gift helps the Archdiocese of LA care for our retired priests who have so long cared
          for the People of God in our parishes.  May God bless you for your compassion.”

    2010 Together In Mission Campaign

    Over the next couple of weeks we are conducting the annual Together in Mission Campaign.

    Our parish goal is: $ 23,125.20

    We thank you for your participation and let us pray that our parish will be able to meet our goal.

    2010 Cathedral Chapel Time, Talent & Treasure Program

    Thank you to our parishioners who have renewed their commitment and pledged to help
    support our parish. We continue to appeal to our parishioners, especially the young adults of our
    parish, who have not made a commitment to please take a pledge card home with you.
    Prayerfully consider making a commitment to help support our parish financially. You can drop
    the cards in the collection basket the next time you attend mass or you can mail it to the parish
    office.

    2010 Cathedral Chapel Offering Envelopes

    The personalized 2010 Cathedral Chapel Offering Envelopes have all been mailed out. We
    encourage all our parishioners who have received their personalized envelopes to please use
    their 2010 Sunday envelopes each week. This will ensure proper recording of tithing received
    all year and will help us produce a more accurate year end reporting of your donations for tax
    purposes.

    If you did not receive a personalized envelope, please call Mayela at the parish office.
    If you have forgotten to bring your envelope with you at a particular Sunday mass, please use
    the blank offering envelopes available in the pews.
