Cathedral Chapel offers Religious Education
programs to children, teens and adults in our parish
community.

Our parish religion program is truly exciting, faith-filled and
fun. Our parish is blessed to have Sister Yolanda,
S.D.S.H. (Society Devoted to the Sacred Heart)
coordinating the Religious Education and the formation
programs for First Communion and Confirmation.
Sister Joan Hogan, CHF, who's been leading our Scripture Study
the past year, is director of our Adult Faith Formation. She is a
Sister of the Holy Faith and will direct the RCIA process,
Lectionary-based Scripture Study, and ongoing faith formation
for the fully initiated Catholic.
Please keep Sr. Yolanda and Sister Joan Hogan and our
catechists in your prayers.
The success of our parish religious education program will
depend on all of us to actively participate directly and
indirectly, through your constant prayers. Your
prayers will be the strength and spirit for our catechists and
children as they journey in faith together.
Direct participation is your time and energy to be a catechist.
Sr. Frances and I truly need your time and talent to help us to
bring about the success of this program. We cannot do it
without your help. We are always recruiting new catechists,
young and old, to join us either, for the First Communion
Program on Wednesdays: from 3:45 to 5:00- PM or the
Confirmation Program on Sundays: from 11:15 am to 12:30 PM.
Please call the parish office if you would like to
volunteer your time as a Catechist.
