Over the years, a number of our parishioners have begun to use online bill pay. We are still providing this option of arranging your contributions via online bill pay with your bank. Online banking provides you the ability to make donations to the parish in a more timely, efficient and environmentally-friendly manner. It saves you the time of writing checks, trips to the mailbox, cost of stamps and more.
What is Online Bill Pay?
Online bill pay (online bill pay offered by your bank) is a service that sends money out of your bank account to whoever you wish. In some cases these online bill pay services will actually print a check and mail it to the recipient.
How do I set up Online Bill Pay?
To set up this type of online bill pay, you will need to have access to a computer to get to your bank's website. You will also need to register your bank account/s through your bank's website to have access to online banking.
Once you have set up your account and have familiarized yourself with online banking, you can set up a new payee in the name of Cathedral Chapel Parish at your online bill pay website.
Enter the address of Cathedral Chapel Parish. Use parish mailing address 926 S. Detroit St. L.A. CA 90036.
Enter your Envelope number on the account number portion of the online form.
Each time you want to send in your contribution, you will just enter the amount you have pledged and you are done.
The bank will print and mail a check to Cathedral Chapel that will pull money from your account.
Online banking is the most convenient and cost-efficient way to send in your contributions anytime from anywhere.
