Our parish is made up of two councils: the Pastoral Liturgy Council and the Finance Council.
The PLC is a consultative body made up of the laity of the parish. The members consult with the pastor and meets on a monthly basis focusing on community building events, outreach programs, and liturgical celebrations such as Lent, Easter, Advent and Christmas. Their views, concerns and recommendations allow the continued collaboration between the pastor and the faithful community of the parish. Their assistance in planning liturgical and special events in our parish, their recommendations, contributions and support help our parish to fulfill its mission, ministries and to continue to thrive.

Canon Law mandates that every parish maintain a Finance Council in each parish. It serves as a consultative body to advise and assist the pastor and business manager in controlling and overseeing financial affairs of the parish and school. Members of the Finance Council meet quarterly to review the actual income and expenses reports of our church and school and they provide insight and advise. They evaluate the budgets and compare the Profit and Loss reports to years past. They recommend and get involved in fundraising events, evaluate investment accounts with the Archdiocese, and review any upcoming repairs or renovations in our church and school.
